Accu-Tube has expanded their leadership team to support growing business. Please welcome, Michael Webber, as Chief Operating Officer, and Deb Hudachek, as Senior VP of Quality & Engineering.
Michael Webber: He brings more than 25 years of experience in precision manufacturing, most recently as Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Pratt & Whitney. He excels in building manufacturing teams that cultivate operational excellence, including cost reduction, capacity improvement, and machine use optimization. Mike started his career as a machinist and “rose through the ranks,” building on his experience with positions in quality inspection leadership, global supply chain delivery assurance, and operations management. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. In his spare time, Mike enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen and visiting with friends around the campfire.
Deb Hudachek: She brings more than 10 years of experience in Quality System management across the medical device, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to her career in quality, she worked as a development engineer and project manager for Baxter Healthcare. She has successfully lead the startup and certification of new production facilities in her roles at Albany Engineered Composites and Lonza. Deb has a bachelor’s degree in biomechanical engineering from Marquette University. She is an avid quilter and enjoys spending her free time on home improvement projects.
