Accu-Tube announces new hires & promotions amid continued growth

Accu-Tube, the world’s leading expert in stainless steel tubing for the medical device industry, announces two new team members and two promotions due to recent growth.

Joshua Chaffee has joined the company as Business Development Manager for the Eastern U.S. Based in Connecticut, he will manage sales contacts, customer relationships, and new sales for the Northeastern region. Josh brings 15+ years of high-tech manufacturing experience with a focus on laser processing. Past roles have included quality manager, applications engineer, and sales manager in markets such as aerospace and medical device manufacturing. He has an associate degree in electro-optics from Springfield Technical Community College, Springfield, Mass. 

Brian Zutman has joined the Accu-Tube team as Director of Operations. He will also be responsible for driving the Continuous Improvement culture and mindset throughout the organization. Previously, he served as General Manager of PTA Plastics, an injection molder serving the medical device industry. Prior to that, he was Director of Engineering for Tecomet, a provider of manufacturing solutions for the medical device and aerospace markets, and Mountainside Medical, which Tecomet acquired. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.

Katrina Kieszkowski has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. With the acquisition of Mercury Tube, she joined Accu-Tube as Vice President and Controller in 2020. Prior to that, she oversaw Finance and Operations at Oakley Industries, which Mercury Tube acquired. With more than 20 years of experience, Katrina brings strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of manufacturing stainless steel tubing. She is multilingual and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Regis University, Denver, Colorado.

Todd Oehlerking has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He joined Accu-Tube in 2020 as Director of Sales. He brings more than 20 years of medical device industry experience, first in engineering project development then in sales management. Previously, he served as Director of Sales at Vention Medical, where his OEM accounts included Medtronic, St. Jude, and Boston Scientific. Todd has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Iowa State University, Ames.
